Curfew

Terms

Last updated 12 August 2026

These terms cover Curfew for iPhone and Curfew for Mac, published by Sentium Inc., 1111B S Governors Ave #39446, Dover, Delaware 19904, USA. By installing or buying Curfew you agree to them.

Your use of Curfew for iPhone is governed by Apple's Standard EULA . These terms additionally cover Curfew Unlimited and Curfew for Mac. If they conflict with Apple's Standard EULA, the Standard EULA controls for Curfew for iPhone. Mandatory consumer rights still apply.

Curfew for iPhone

Curfew uses Apple's Screen Time technology to block apps and websites on the schedule you choose. Essential system functions remain available, and you can revoke Screen Time access or uninstall Curfew.

Curfew Unlimited is available through annual and weekly auto-renewable subscriptions and a separate lifetime purchase. Apple shows the price, billing period, and any trial eligibility before purchase. A free trial becomes a paid subscription unless canceled through your Apple Account at least 24 hours before it ends. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Deleting Curfew does not cancel a subscription. Apple processes App Store billing and refund requests.

Curfew for Mac

Curfew blocks the screen of your Mac during hours you choose. To end a block early, you hold a set of keys shown on screen for a short period. Each block is designed to end by itself in the morning.

You can try the whole app free for three nights. We ask for an email address to start a trial, not a card. After the trial, Curfew stays on your Mac as a free version: at your curfew time it shows the real block screen for about ten seconds and then lets you through. You pick your hour on the free version too.

Mac license

A license to use Curfew — not ownership of the software. You pay once and the license does not expire: there is no renewal and no recurring charge. A license may be activated on two Macs that you use. Don't share, resell, or redistribute your license key.

Updates are included for as long as we publish them. We do not promise updates for any particular length of time, and future major versions may be sold separately.

Curfew for iPhone and Curfew for Mac are separate products. Buying one does not unlock the other.

Refunds

For a Curfew for Mac purchase made directly from us, email contact@sentium.one within 60 days of your purchase and we'll refund the full amount to your original payment method. Refunding ends the license.

Important limits

Curfew deliberately restricts access during the hours you choose. Do not rely on a blocked device for medical, emergency, security, caregiving, or other critical use. Keep another way to handle anything urgent.

You are responsible for the schedule and blocking choices you make. A Mac block is designed to end in the morning or when you complete the on-screen exit. On iPhone, Apple provides system controls for Screen Time authorization and app removal.

Curfew is provided as is. We do not guarantee that it will block at every scheduled time or release exactly on time, that it cannot be circumvented, or that it will run without fault on every device or operating system version.

Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim relating to Curfew is limited to the greater of the amount you paid for it and US$50. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost work, missed deadlines, or lost data.

Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under mandatory consumer law in your own country, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Ending access

Canceling an iPhone subscription stops renewal; access continues until the paid or trial period ends. An expired, refunded, or charged-back iPhone purchase may end Curfew Unlimited access. On Mac, Curfew falls back to the free version without a valid license. We may disable a Mac license that was refunded, charged back, or redistributed. You can uninstall either app; uninstalling the iPhone app does not cancel an active subscription.

Law

These terms are governed by Delaware law for Curfew for Mac and purchases made directly from us, subject to mandatory consumer law. Apple's Standard EULA governs Curfew for iPhone.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date above shows the current version.
